- Assist with personal care such as dressing, bathing, eating and grooming
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLS)
- Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care. Report any changes you observed to office and nurse.
- Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping clients home neat and tidy.
- Clients minimal illness to severe
- Willing to work with pets (not mandatory)
- Willing to drive clients ( not mandatory)
- Hoyer lift, sit to stand, transferring experience preferred
- Looking for reliable individuals that want to pick up multiple shifts

- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Negative TB and physical exam within one year
- Valid CPR Certification
- Must be 18 years old or older
- IDPH eligible
- Able to pass background and drug screen
