Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Case Management team. This is a PRN day shift opportunity and plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their hospital stay by ensuring coordinated, high-quality care.

Provide comprehensive care coordination for hospitalized patients. Conduct high-risk screenings and assessments to identify patient needs.
