*Job Summary* Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Paramedic – Mobile IV Hydration & Wellness (Flexible PRN) Company: Uptime Infusion Location: Enid, OK (Mobile / Field) Job Type: Contract / PRN The Pitch: Tired of crushing patient ratios, alarm fatigue, and the relentless grind of bedside sick-care? Uptime Infusion is a premium, locally owned mobile IV hydration clinic built by an intensive care nurse who understands exactly what bedside burnout feels like. We are bringing clinical-grade, 1-on-1 proactive wellness directly to our clients in Enid, and we are looking for elite IV-starters to join our mobile team.
This is an opportunity to step away from the chaos of the hospital floor. At Uptime Infusion, you will work autonomously with healthy clients who are actively investing in their wellness, athletic recovery, and immune health. You set your own availability, operate in a low-stress environment, and actually get the time to connect with your clients.

What You Will Do: Travel locally to clients' homes, offices, or hotel rooms to administer premium IV hydration protocols and vitamin injections. Perform focused, brief physical assessments and obtain vital signs prior to infusion. Educate clients on the benefits of our specific wellness protocols (e.g., The Master Recovery, The Metabolic Charge).
Maintain strict clinical standards, sterile technique, and accurate digital charting. Represent the premium, "1% elite resilience" branding of Uptime Infusion. What We Are Looking For: The "Hard Stick" Expert: You must have extensive, highly proficient experience starting peripheral IVs.
(ER, ICU, or field EMS experience is highly preferred). Current
Licensure
Active, unrestricted RN or Paramedic license in the state of Oklahoma. Autonomy: You are comfortable working independently in the field with exceptional critical thinking skills. Concierge Demeanor: You possess excellent bedside manner and understand that we are providing a high-end, luxury clinical service.
