About this role

The Transfer Center RN Clinical Coordinator coordinates a patient-centered admission process for patients transferring into the Abrazo Community Health Network/Carondelet System ensuring placement in an appropriate level of care bed and financial screening per EMTALA regulations. The RN Clinical Coordinator employs critical thinking skills to expedite admissions while demonstrating Mission, Vision, Values and Service Standards in all interactions with referring facilities, physicians, employees and guests.

  • BLS Certification
  • ACLS Certification
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Minimum 5 years continuous clinical experience in critical/acute care setting
