Worth asking

We can’t answer these from the listing we have. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.

  • How does compensation work, including base pay and the productivity or RVU formula?
  • Are there differentials or other recurring incentives?
  • Does the employer cover malpractice and tail coverage, plus CME, licensing, and DEA support?
  • What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
