Summary
Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts comprehensive patient assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Delivers direct patient care within the scope of practice, delegating tasks appropriately, and monitoring care quality. Ensures safety, compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
Evaluates patient responses, revises care plans, and documents progress, promoting positive outcomes and continuity of care. Educates patients and families, assessing learning needs and promoting participation in care. Maintains professional licensure, adheres to standards, and takes accountability for personal development.
Qualifications & Skills
