What You’ll Do as a Charge Nurse (LPN)
Lead and support nursing assistants in accordance with facility policies, regulations, and best practices
Ensure accurate, timely charting and documentation every shift
Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Provide handson nursing care while serving as a resource and leader for your team
Help create a warm, calm, and residentfocused environment
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas
Show reliability through strong attendance and punctuality
Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
What We’re Looking for in YOU
Previous LPN experience preferred but not required
Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
IV certification preferred
Compact Nurse license accepted
Strong time management and organizational skills
Professional, friendly, and teamfocused attitude
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
