*Why You’ll Love Working Here* * Four 10-hour shifts per week — enjoy three days off! * No weekends! * A collaborative, supportive team that values your input. * A focus on quality care, not rushed volume. * Excellent benefits and growth potential within a respected, independent practice. *What You’ll Do* * Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. * Conduct exams, review medical histories, and manage acute and chronic conditions. * Order and interpret diagnostic tests. * Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans. * Perform in-office procedures (injections, wound care, suturing, etc.). * Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery. * Document all patient interactions accurately and efficiently in the EMR. *What We’re Looking For* * Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) — required * Active Pennsylvania license * Prior primary care or family medicine experience preferred * Strong clinical judgment and communication skills * A genuine passion for patient-centered, evidence-based medicine *Benefits* * 401(k) with employer match * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off * Flexible schedule * Supportive, team-based environment *Schedule* * Full-time (4x10-hour shifts) * No weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $107,295.00 - $126,010.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Are you able to begin employment within 90 days of your hire date?
