Travel Dialysis Registered Nurse | Saint Louis, Missouri

This travel nursing opportunity is an excellent way to deepen your clinical skills in acute dialysis, while learning from varied clinical teams and leadership styles. Shifts follow a 3x12 days schedule (7am–7pm) with a 13-week assignment and guaranteed 36 hours weekly. occasional weekend shifts and one night of call per week (7p–7a) may be required. You’ll benefit from exposure to both a modern 6-bay dialysis unit and challenging ICU bedside care, utilizing state-of-the-art TABLO and Baxter Home Choice equipment, and documenting in EPIC.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with Missouri eligibility
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• ACLS (AHA, preferred)
• At least 1 year of acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to float to similar or lower acuity units as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in acute and bedside dialysis settings
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Maintain professional standards and uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Adapt to census fluctuations and various patient populations, including post-trauma and surgical cases
