About this role
Ancora Compassionate Care is seeking a hospice RN Case Manager - responsible for coordinating interdisciplinary care for hospice homecare patients primarily in Guilford County and South Rockingham County. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team atmosphere required. In addition to a caseload, may help with admissions and on call or back-up on occasion.

Pay: $70,699.20 - $79,040.00 per year
