Three 12-hour night shifts Hours: 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Setting: Skilled nursing Overtime: Offered Housing: Not provided Responsibilities Provide practical nursing support to residents in the skilled nursing environment. Follow established care plans, nursing procedures, and assigned shift routines.
Observe and document resident status and report relevant changes to the nursing team. Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to maintain consistent resident care. Complete required documentation and responsibilities for the assigned shift.
Qualifications LPN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment. Ability to work three overnight shifts each week. Availability for the 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. schedule.
