CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community.
Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs—providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

- Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice
- Willingness to work in Ramsey, Bergenfield, Hackensack & Paramus
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates welcome
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs
- Reliable, compassionate, patient, and attentive
- Able to provide hands-on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers
- Ability to safely operate and monitor medical equipment as required

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting
- Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
- Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed
- Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs
- Monitor and assist with feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable
- Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records
- Communicate changes in condition, concerns, and updates with parents, caregivers, and the care team
- Follow individualized care plans and physician orders
- Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child
