The Charge Nurse supervises daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care.

What You Bring

  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon
  • Current BLS CPR certification preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices
  • Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
