Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Overview

Assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting which may include both clinical and front desk duties.

Compensation

Position starts at $17.00 (MA) per hour, or $20.00 (LPN) however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Location and Hours of Position

Latrobe Health Center: 529 Lloyd Ave Latrobe PA 15650

The general office hours for this position are

Monday through Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

No weekends

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant or LPN - and/or two years experience in a clinical setting Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge Administering Medication Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction Computer proficient
