Los Robles Healthcare, a division of Impact Healthcare, is a collection of home health and hospice agencies in Central and Southern California with 250 hospice patients and 750 home health patients.
We are looking for Remote Clinical Supervisor / Triage Nurse to support our weekend and Holiday needs.

- A graduate from a nursing curriculum approved by a Board of Registered Nursing approved program, and holds a current and active *RN license in the State of California*. \*\* No Compact Licenses Accepted \*\*
- Excellent judgment and knowledge of current nursing practices, with demonstrated exemplary clinical, analytical and documentation skills with little supervisory direction.
- Is computer literate and willing to embrace technology used by the agency -- technology that eases documentation workload and supports team communication.

The following is a representation of the major duties and responsibilities of this position. The agency will make reasonable accommodations to allow otherwise qualified applicants with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Will provide nursing assessments in accordance with a plan of treatment and plan of care as ordered by the patient’s physician.
- Observes, records and reports information on the patient's condition to the attending physician and in the patient's medical record.
- Resolves patient/family member concerns
- Ensures that company policies and procedures are followed
- Other administrative procedures/functions as assigned
- Directs local runners to manage the in person needs of our patient population after hours.
- Documents patient treatment and response to treatment accurately, using established guidelines.
- $425 per day Saturday/Sunday (8-5pm) $600 Holidays (8-5pm)
