*2 Permanent Positions Available:* Full Time and Part Time (8–40 hours per week depending on location and position) Our clinic openings are Springfield, Holyoke, Northampton, Mobile Van, and Telehealth.
*Job Purpose*
Serve as a key member of Tapestry’s sexual and reproductive health clinical team -providing high-quality, trauma-informed, and patient-centered medical care across the full spectrum of reproductive and gynecologic services. Clinicians deliver confidential services and ensure patients can access the full range of reproductive health care they need.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
- Perform routine initial and annual reproductive health exams, including pelvic exams, Pap testing, breast exams, and comprehensive sexual health assessments.
- Provide assessment, treatment, and management of sexually transmitted infections and other reproductive health issues according to Tapestry medical protocols.
- Provide full-scope sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception management, LARC methods (IUD/implant insertion and removal within scope), menstrual health management, and perimenopause/menopause care.
- Provide pregnancy testing and options information, including referrals for prenatal, adoption, and external abortion services as needed.
- Provide medication abortion services (prescribing, follow-up, and clinical management) in accordance with Tapestry protocols and Massachusetts regulations.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies per protocol.
- Perform venipuncture, point-of-care testing, and other procedures within scope of practice.
- Provide gender-inclusive, trauma-informed care for patients of all gender identities seeking reproductive and sexual health services.
- Make appropriate referrals to internal and external providers for services beyond Tapestry’s scope.
- Document all clinical care in the electronic medical record and maintain required logs and reporting.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, case reviews, and updates to clinical protocols.
- Assist with the training and orientation of new staff, interns, residents, and volunteers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Certified Nurse Midwife in Massachusetts.
- Board certified by ACNM, ANCC, AANP, or equivalent national certifying body.
- One year of experience in sexual and reproductive health or women’s health preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide affirming, culturally responsive care.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse patients and staff and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Computer skills and experience with an EMR preferred.

*Physical Requirements*
- Ability to sit at a computer and complete documentation/administrative tasks for 4+ hours per day.
- Ability to provide hands-on patient care in a clinical setting, including mobility, patient positioning, and procedures throughout the day.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
*Loan Repayment Programs*
As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Tapestry employees may be eligible for loan repayment programs such as the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers. These programs can provide up to $60,000 in loan forgiveness for eligible clinicians, including CNMs, NPs, PAs, RNs, and Physicians.
