Palm Coast sits along Florida's Atlantic coast between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, offering nurses a quieter, residential lifestyle threaded with canals and golf courses. The Intracoastal Waterway borders the city, and Flagler Beach's shoreline is minutes away. It appeals to RNs who prefer a slower coastal pace over big-city hustle.
