Job Summary
Evaluate/Monitor employee injuries/illness both work related/non work related. Coordinating the care of potential exposures incidents. Administers and monitors the compliance of health programs. Provides administrative support.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. (An associate degree plus three years clinical experience is considered equivalent to a BSN for this position.)
Experience
With a BSN, three years clinical nurse experience required. With an ASN six years clinical nurse experience required. Prefer experience in management.
Licensure/Certification/Registration/Professional Designation ETC
Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
