We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, motivated Aesthetic Injector for our Medical Spa, Beauty Cult, located in Redondo Beach, CA. Candidates must have a passion for the beauty industry, aesthetics, skincare and sales.

Overview

An Aesthetic Injector at Beauty Cult must be able to administer ALL Aesthetic Treatments and Procedures on patients including all injectables, Chemical Peels, and more. You must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin and anatomy, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s treatment offerings. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current state license.

- Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all services and products the spa offers.
- Conduct skin analyses in accordance with the highest levels of professional expertise and customer care.
- Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
- Uphold all standards of sterilization and sanitation as required by law and designated by the spa’s own standards of policies and procedures.
- Regularly attend and participate in staff meetings and pertinent training.
- Keep your designated treatment room—as well as all staff areas you might have access to—clean, uncluttered and organized.
- Properly care for equipment, and always use the designated amounts of product on guests in accordance with measures aimed at cost control.
