The Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. This key leadership role oversees daily nursing operations within a specific unit, supports staff development, and promotes a safe and compassionate environment for our residents. Responsibilities include managing and supervising nursing staff, overseeing daily nursing operations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, monitoring resident outcomes, providing coaching and mentoring, ensuring accurate documentation, participating in resident and family meetings, being part of clinical leadership call rotation, and assisting with hiring and training of nursing staff.

Requirements

Active (RN) license in Wisconsin with a minimum of 3 years of Nursing Experience Required
Previous nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Leadership experience preferred (Nurse Supervisor or Unit Manager, Charge Nurse etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for team-building and delivering person-centered care
