Clinical Nurse Manager

Key

Responsibilities

Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards Provide direct patient care as needed Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current RN license (in good standing)
• Minimum 12 months clinical RN experience
• At least 6 months dialysis experience required
• CPR certification
• CNN/CDN certification preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus (or willingness to lead)
