Location: 9655 Granite Ridge Drive Ste#500 San Diego Ca, 92123 About the Opportunity: Provides assistance to the Director of Patient Care Services and Clinical Field Staff to ensure provision of quality patient care and effective team performance to meet company goals in accordance with company’s philosophy, policies, mission, and vision, and prescribed local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications • Completion of an accredited bachelor’s degree in a clinical field. • Professional licensure or registration in a clinical field is required. • Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting. • Two years in a supervisory position preferred. • Knowledge and ability to apply community health principles and practices.
