• What You’ll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you’ll provide compassionate, professional nursing care to patients within the correctional setting. Responsibilities may include:

• Medication administration
• Assessments and nursing treatments
• Sick call and chronic care support
• Monitoring patient conditions
• Communicating changes in condition to providers
• Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborating with the medical and correctional teams
• Providing patient education and support
