Requirements
- Valid RN license with current registration in the relevant state or jurisdiction
- Proven leadership experience in nursing management within acute care settings such as ICU, emergency medicine, or trauma centers
- Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience preferred
- Extensive clinical background including critical care experience, medical-surgical nursing, geriatrics, dementia care, or behavioral health
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or Athenahealth
- Proficiency in medical documentation and coding (ICD-9/10)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, long-term care regulations, and OSHA standards
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments
