About the employer
You start the day in someone's home, not a unit hallway. At Harry Meyering Center you support adults with disabilities in Faribault-area homes: you pass meds, keep records, call providers, and train direct support staff on medications, CPR, and signs…
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What are the holiday requirements?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are patient load and floating handled day to day?
