Home Infusion Nurse - RN

What You’ll Do

• Perform head-to-toe assessments

• Provide wound care and administer injections

• Start and maintain IVs, and deliver IV/IG infusion therapy

• Access and manage ports

• Complete lab draws and handle specimen drop-offs

• Document all care accurately using electronic charting systems

• Deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care in a home setting

What You Need

• Active, unrestricted Oregon RN license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Experience with IV therapy, infusions, and wound care (at least 1 year)

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Phlebotomy experience

• CVAD experience

• Advanced certifications
