Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate, organized, and confident Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to lead our nursing team at the Cabarrus County Jail. In this leadership role, you'll combine hands on nursing with clinical oversight, helping ensure quality patient care while supporting your team and maintaining compliance in a structured healthcare environment. Deliver direct nursing care and respond to patient needs as necessary. Coordinate daily nursing operations, scheduling, and workflow. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and correctional healthcare regulations. Review documentation and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with facility leadership and healthcare providers to promote continuity of care. Participate in an on call rotation to support the medical team. Qualifications Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
