Role Overview Join as an RN Supervisor supporting clinical operations in a long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient, high-quality nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Lead, guide, and oversee nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. Implement care delivery models and processes to optimize patient care. Collaborate to maintain adequate staffing levels, minimizing overtime and agency use. Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, mentoring, and employee promotion decisions. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license with a degree from an accredited nursing program. At least three years of clinical experience, with two years in long-term care, preferably including supervisory experience. Current BLS/CPR certification.
