Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avir at Longview in Longview, Texas. As an RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and prioritize patient safety and satisfaction. This is a full-time position with rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services

Prioritize patient safety and satisfaction, and maintain accurate records

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities

About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) License required

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
