This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It's a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.
We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas:
Springfield, MO + surrounding areas PPV [pay per visit] Routine 30-60min in home visits Flexible scheduling - Nurse to schedule visits accordingly No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call Use of a company car [pick up/drop off at the Springfield office] or option for mileage reimbursement in personal vehicle
