Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for critically ill adult patients in the ICU, aligning with current nursing standards and protocols
- Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, ventilator support, and telemetry; interpret findings and respond promptly
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; titrate therapies as indicated; document interventions accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Perform procedures appropriate to ICU care and respond to codes or rapid responses per policy
- Float to medical–surgical units as needed to support unit demand and patient safety
Requirements
- Active New York State Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Travel nursing

Education
nursing degree (RN) with current NYS licensure
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU environment and float to MS as needed
