About this role
Solace Hospice is a family-owned and operated hospice agency looking for a compassionate RN to join our growing care team. This is a great opportunity for nurses who want meaningful work, flexibility, and the ability to make a real difference for patients and families at the end of life. We are hiring PRN nurses with flexible availability ranging from 8 hours per week up to 40 hours per week, depending on agency needs and nurse availability.
This role may be a great fit for nursing students, semi-retired nurses, or experienced nurses who still have the heart and passion to care for patients during one of the most important seasons of life. Our nurses provide hands-on hospice care, patient and family education, symptom monitoring, emotional support, and coordination with the interdisciplinary hospice team.

Austin area index 98.1, where 100 is the national average.
Austin blends Barton Springs' year-round cold water with East Sixth taco trucks and South Congress honky-tonks. For an RN, Texas brings no state income tax, and the cost of living sits about 2% below the national average — meaning your nursing paycheck stretches further in a city that lives outdoors and loud.
