As an Overnight Hospice LPN, You Will:
Provide compassionate overnight hospice and end-of-life nursing care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor vital signs and patient condition throughout the night
Respond quickly to changes in patient status and communicate with the healthcare team
Support patient comfort, pain management, and emotional well-being
Assist families and caregivers with overnight support and reassurance
Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing notes
Help create a calm, safe, and comforting environment for hospice clients
Eligibility
Requirements:
Valid LPN License and IV Certification
Valid ID
Experience in hospice, home health, or overnight nursing preferred
Compassionate bedside manner and dedication to patient dignity
Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
FL Clearinghouse Background Check - HB531 | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration
