• Start time 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
• No weekends

*What you’ll be doing:*

• Coordinate care for oncology patients across the treatment journey
• Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans and symptom management
• Triage patient needs via phone and electronic communication
• Collaborate with providers, infusion nurses, and support services
• Support continuity of care including referrals, follow-ups, and documentation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients navigating complex oncology treatment plans
• Manage complex outpatient care coordination and high-volume telephone triage

_This is a clinic-based coordination role. No chemotherapy administration required._

Requirements

• Active Compact RN License or Multi-State RN License required prior to start
• BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of oncology nursing experience required
• Strong telephone triage experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Prior outpatient oncology, infusion, nurse navigation, care coordination, or ambulatory clinic experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage complex patient care coordination in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Job Type: Contract Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per week
