About the Role
The Northeast Georgia Health System LPN Residency Program is a structured & comprehensive 12-month Program for Licensed Practical Nurses with less than one year of experience as an LPN in an acute care setting.
The Program supports your transition into professional Nursing Practice through:
- Orientation with a dedicated Preceptor
- Dedicated Mentors, Nurse Manager & Nurse Coordinators
- Use of our state-of-the-art Simulation Labs
- Quarterly Seminars
- Didactic Learning
