Role Overview: Provides leadership in delivering professional nursing care, utilizing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure patient comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, delegate, and document nursing care and education for patients and families; implement medically prescribed interventions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years; current RN licensure; BLS certification; at least one year hospital nursing experience. Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills; ability to implement care plans effectively.
