Day shift | Full-time #LI-TO1 Guide surgical teams as the primary clinical resource to deliver safe, seamless patient care throughout every procedure. Direct daily operating room workflows, staff schedules and surgical suite resources to keep cases running on time and at peak efficiency. Mentor and onboard new surgical associates to build their confidence, advance their clinical competencies and ensure long-term retention.

Enforce clinical safety standards and regulatory policies to protect patients and maintain an exceptional standard of care. Manage vital surgical instrumentation and equipment availability so the care team always has the exact tools needed for patient success. Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
