Compensation from $31.00 to $35.00 - (based upon experience) – PLUS additional PT, PRN, Evening, Night and Weekends

Full Time Evening - $5,000.00 Sign On Bonus

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Personal Care oversees the care provided to our residents. This position also provides supervision to nursing team and provides the administration of medications and treatments to residents.
Qualifications
- Active PA Practical Nurse licensure required
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
- Administers medications and treatments.
- Performs resident assessments.
- Participates in daily resident rounding.
