Responsibilities
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures. Coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies, and staff throughout the surgical process. Ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care. Participate in patient care planning, assessment, and nursing treatment. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols. Document patient care and interventions accurately.
