IV Infusion Specialist for IV Spa - RN or Paramedic Colorado Only (Full Time)

In this role, you will work directly with clients in coordination with other medical professionals (physicians, nurses, paramedics) to introduce new clients to our services, and to help us convert them into members that will enjoy the benefits of regular IV nutrition and other services.

The right candidate will be confident, friendly, outgoing, able to work independently and has a view of healthcare that goes beyond traditional pharmaceutical-based solutions and embraces the individualized IV wellness plans that Prime IV provides.

Specific Job Duties Include

• Being educated on and following spa protocols and standing orders

• Helping to create and maintain a high level of customer service in the spa

• Reviewing medical charts, assessing patients to ensure safety, and operation within standing orders and protocols

• Sending physician orders to physician Medical Director and and ensuring they are signed before medication is administered (when required by protocols)

• Learning about Prime IV products and services

• Providing product consultations to clients

• Educating clients on membership options and other service offerings

• Compounding IV products in onsite sterile facility

• Obtaining vascular access with minimal discomfort (IV placement)

• Monitoring and caring for patients during infusion

• Assist owners and other staff with stocking, cleaning, and care of equipment

• Attendance at training sessions and mastering skills needed to operate the spa

Requirements

• Current RN or Paramedic license valid in Colorado

• Significant and recent IV experience

• Strong interest in non-pharmaceutical wellness therapies

Desirable

• Experience with customer service and sales

• Leadership and management experience, including training other staff

Pay

$37-49 equivalent per hour including base, tips, and bonuses in addition to benefits (health insurance, retirement savings plan with employer match, paid time off). Employer covers a standard base of $25 hourly but with tips and bonuses the average pay for all employees is kept within the range.
