Role: Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) at a Day Healthcare Center Responsibilities Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to children with complex medical needs. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and changes. Educate and support families and caregivers, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Qualifications & Skills Active Florida RN license. CPR certification (obtained during orientation acceptable). Clear criminal background check. Minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality pediatric nursing care, ensure patient safety, support families, and collaborate with care teams. Additional Details: Flexible scheduling with daytime hours, no nights or holidays, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities. Emphasizes a family-centered, supportive environment.
