About this role

A high-responsibility nursing opportunity for an experienced RN to lead care delivery in a specialized 11-bed ventilator-supported skilled nursing unit. This role blends direct patient care with clinical oversight, requiring strong critical care judgment and leadership in a long-term care environment.

Position Overview

  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7P–7A)
  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing / Ventilation Care Unit
  • Location: Oneida, NY

Minimum Requirements

Active New York State RN license

Minimum 2 years SNF RN experience required

Prior ICU or ventilator care experience required

Strong ability to manage clinical teams and delegate care effectively
