About this role
Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator role with CVS Health providing infusion training and clinical support for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies. Per diem position working approximately 24-25 hours/week. Responsibilities include consulting with physicians and clinicians, coordinating patient care plans, assisting patients initiating infused or inhaled therapies, and developing patient relationships in a home care setting. Requires travel within Arizona with most patients within a three-hour drive of Phoenix. Candidates must reside within Phoenix Metro Area.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Must live within Phoenix Metro Area Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license in the state of AZ Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions, or two years of high-tech home infusion experience. Ability to build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel. Ability to travel in localized market as noted in the position summary and as business needs require. Have and maintain current CPR certification. Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance. Participate in the on call rotation as determined by staffing and business needs
