About this role
7:00AM-7:00PM Rotating shifts to include every other weekend.
Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Functions in the role of charge/lead nurse and coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina. ADN degree. BLS certified. Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year.
