The Nurse Manager will play a key role in advancing nursing practice, supporting colleague growth, strengthening interdisciplinary partnerships, and delivering exceptional surgical patient care. Position Summary The Nurse Manager is accountable for the leadership, management, and advancement of clinical operations within the Inpatient General Surgery Unit. This leader will oversee daily operations, staff development, quality and patient safety initiatives, resource management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. The successful candidate will inspire and empower nursing staff, lead through change, promote evidence-based practice, and create an environment where colleagues feel valued, supported, and engaged.
