Position Details Full-Time (30-40 hours) Opportunity Available! ✨ Flexible scheduling – choose your days and hours ✨ No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements ✨ Exceptional work-life balance ✨ Significant earning potential through our highly competitive productivity bonus program Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments for new admissions and acute issues in both subacute and long-term care patients Prevent avoidable hospital transfers through early evaluation and timely intervention Collaborate and communicate effectively with primary care providers and specialists Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications Previous RN experience required — New NP graduates are welcome to apply!
