Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for predictable scheduling, supportive leadership, and meaningful work? We’re hiring Behavioral Health RNs to join our inpatient and crisis teams in Yum a, AZ.
These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks, giving you stable, consistent scheduling and true work–life balance. What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in crisis and inpatient behavioral health units
- Support individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilization
- Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources
- Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
- Accurately document care and interventions in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Experience in crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health (required)
- Ability to work fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules
- Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills
- Open to experienced RNs and passionate new graduates
