Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time (7:00 AM- 3:00 PM)

Looking for Full Time RN Position. The primary role of the staff nurse is to provide direct nursing and related services to attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being of each resident, as determined by resident assessments and individual plan of care in his/her assigned unit. He/she assures quality of care by adhering to the therapeutic standards; measuring clinical outcomes against resident's care goals and standards; making and recommending necessary adjustments; following facility and department philosophies and standards of care set by the professional nursing standards and, the governing agency regulations. He/she manages and directs care staff under guidance of the residents assigned to the unit.
