Our extensive network of highly trained and compassionate healthcare professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home care services. *Job Overview* *Job Title:* *RN-Infusion Therapy* *Location: *St Johnsbury, VT 05819 *Shift:* 8 Hour Day Shift *Contract Duration:* 13 weeks (with possible extension) *Pay Range:* $65/hr to $75/hr *Key Responsibilities: * * *Deliver Safe and Compassionate Infusion Therapy*: Administer IV medications and therapies following NVRH and INS standards, while monitoring patient responses and ensuring comfort and safety. * *Coordinate Clinical and Administrative Operations'*: Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews, while maintaining effective communication with providers, payers, and care teams. * *Educate and Support Patients and Families*: Provide clear, personalized education about treatment plans, assess understanding, and document teaching efforts to promote informed care. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic health records, medication administration logs, and transfusion records in accordance with hospital policies. *Required Qualifications: * * *Minimum of two years RN experience required*. * *One-year acute care experience preferred.* * Current Vermont or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license. * Current BLS from the American Heart Association. * *Preferred certifications: Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI)* #HC1 Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour Benefits: * Referral program Work Location: In person
