Aspire Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will educate, mentor, and inspire caregivers to provide exceptional, person-centered care to our clients. Your expertise will help ensure caregivers have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver the highest quality of care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

As part of your responsibilities, you may also review and update caregiver training materials to ensure they remain compliant with current state regulations and reflect industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Teach caregivers skills and knowledge about medications

Transfer knowledge into those who want to work in the medical field

Conduct training sessions in a classroom-like setting

Ability to teach individuals one-on-one

Perform delegation tasks for clients

Help seniors thrive in their homes

Requirements

Active and valid RN license
